Frequently asked questions
- How do we open a facility account?
- Call (951) 428-9614 or email us with your facility name, billing contact, and typical trip volume. We set up a standing account with a dedicated dispatch contact, usually within one business day.
- Can you handle a recurring weekly schedule?
- Yes. Send the week's trips once and we build the schedule — dialysis, infusion, wound care, therapy — with confirmed pickup windows for each rider.
- How is billing handled?
- Facility accounts are invoiced monthly with trip-level detail (rider, date, mobility level, origin, destination) so it reconciles cleanly with your records.
- What are your response times for same-day discharges?
- Call as soon as the discharge order is written. We dispatch the closest available ambulatory, wheelchair, or stretcher vehicle and confirm an ETA with the unit so the patient is not waiting in a hallway.
